About the Journal

The SC Transaction of Nanodevices is a peer-reviewed open-access rapid-communication journal that publishes short original papers on all aspects of research and technology in nanoscale devices.

Its broad and interdisciplinary scope covers the latest developments in all nanoscale device engineering-related fields including nanoelectronic devices, systems, circuits, and emerging technologies.

The SC Transaction of Nanodevices accepts papers with two columns format and has an Open Access publishing policy (please see the Author Guidelines for more information).
